The 4-Day Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire Safari is an action-packed Tanzania wildlife excursion that allows wildlife enthusiasts to see a variety of wildlife, including rhinos, lions, elephants, cape buffaloes, wildebeests, elands, zebras, and a variety of birds that live in Tanzania’s three most notable wildlife habitats, Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
ITINERARY DESCRIPTION BY DAY
Day 1 : Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Pick up from your hotel in Arusha after breakfast, and drive to Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive. Tanzania’s third largest national park is famous for its towering baobab trees that dwarf the animals that feed underneath them. The Tarangire River is in the core of this park, which is known for having some of Africa’s greatest elephant herds. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, smaller kudus, buffalo, oryx, eland, giraffes, and zebras can be seen here. After the game drive, you will return to your accommodation, where you will be treated to a fantastic dinner.
Day 2 :Tarangire To Serengeti National Park
You will begin your morning trip to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and enjoy a game drive along the way. Arrive at Serengeti National Park in the late afternoon and go on a wildlife drive till dusk. The Serengeti is well-known around the globe for its massive wildebeest migration. The Serengeti also provides some of the most incredible game viewing opportunities in Africa, with vast herds of buffalo and wildebeests, elephant and giraffe groups, eland, impala, and Grant’s gazelle, as well as lions, leopards, and other animals, being seen regularly. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti wild camp in central serengeti.
Day 3 :Serengeti National Park
You will get up early in the morning for a game drive to witness the spectacular sunrise of the Serengeti. The game drive will continue until the till afternoon where you will get an opportunity to see the big five, birds species, Serengeti Plane, kopjes, giraffe, hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, zebras and so on then return to your camp for your lunch then in the evening we continue with game drive, Overnight at Serengeti Wild Camp for your full board.
Day 4 : Ndutu Plains Calving Safari
After breakfast, the group will visit the Ndutu plains in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. From January to March, the Ndutu plains are the epicenter of the wildebeest migration, which gives birth to thousands of young calves every day. At Ndutu Plains, with its green pastures and rich mineral soils that the herds adore, you can expect to see thousands of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles spread across vast areas, as well as the rare opportunity to witness some real wildlife action as predators engage the herds and try to snare their loved newly born foals. A walking safari with an armed range is also an optional activity at Ndutu, which you can arrange with your diver. Accompanied by an armed ranger, you will see animals up close while listening to lectures from trained naturalists and rangers. Ndutu is also a fantastic place for bird watchers, with 400 resident and migratory bird species recorded.
Day 5 :Serengeti To Ngorongoro Crater
After Breakfast we took our lunchboxes then we drive towards Ngorongoro while doing en route game drive. Arriving at Ngorongoro Crater before afternoon for our game drive which take maximum of 5 hours, here we expect to see wild animal like rhinos, buffalos, zebras, wildebeest, enland, hippopotamus and so on. Lunch will be taken in one of the picnic site inside crater then we will continue with game drive to late afternoon where we drive back to your hotel to Arusha.
