ITINERARY DESCRIPTION BY DAY
Day 1 : Arrive In Tanzania.
We stay at carefully chosen accommodations in Arusha, the ideal setting to get you ready for the trip. The pre-safari briefing and equipment check will take place at 5:30 in the evening.
We’ll also make sure you have the required medical insurance and travel protection.
Day 2 : Game Drive To Tarangire National Park.
For fantastic game watching, we travel to Tarangire National Park today. Tarangire is a tiny park with some wonderful scenery. Tarangire typically comes to life during the dry seasons as a result of the wildlife and fauna gathering on the Tarangire River, a permanent source of water. We spend the night in our lodge, which is exquisitely situated outside the park and offers amazing views and a distinctive ambiance.
Day 3 : Game Drive To Lake Manyara National Park.
For a full day of wildlife drives, we travel to Lake Manyara National Park today. Despite being one of Tanzania’s smaller parks, this one nonetheless provides an enjoyable and varied safari experience. Manyara’s shoreline is teeming with songbirds, and if you keep an eye out for them, you just might see one of the elusive tree-climbing lions. Other large mammals are present in surprising numbers, and the spectacular rocks of the Rift escarpment provide a magnificent backdrop. We go a short distance from the park to our Lodge in the late afternoon.
Day 4 : Walking Tour To Lake Eyasi Visit Local Tribes Tindiga/Hadzabe And Bushman.
After breakfast at the resort, you leave for a safari in Lake Eyasi to visit the mysterious Hadzabe tribe and learn more about their interesting culture. Picnic lunch followed by a visit to the Datoga village and a return in the evening for sleep.
Day 5 : Hadzabe Tour And Proceed To Serengeti National Park.
Start off early to meet a group of local Hadzabe folks with your bushman guide. Take a Hadzabe Tour and explore the wilderness with the last remaining hunter-gatherers in East Africa. The Hadzabe shift their encampments in accordance with the seasonal movements of the wildlife and communicate via a click-based language. Before introducing you to his people and explaining a bit more about the rituals and way of life, your guide, who is a member of the tribe, shows you more about how they hunt, track wildlife, prepare fire, and even take honey from bees nests.
After that, travel to Serengeti National Park while on a game drive.
Day 6 : Another Full Day Game Drive To Serengeti National Park.
We wake up early to make the most of our vacation and spend another full day in this magnificent park. We can spend time at the Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water happily residing alongside the crocodiles, observe a large pride of lions, or be in the middle of the migration, sometimes surrounded by wildebeest and other times by zebras, which travel with the wildebeest. Our guides will choose the best spotting locations for the time of year. We move from the open plains to the kopjes, which are volcanic rocky outcrops that offer a variety of animals cover and shelter. From the top, we can see the enormous Serengeti grasslands. In addition to seeing all the plain game, such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, lions, and, if you’re lucky, leopards and cheetahs, this diverse and fascinating landscape will also offer us the best opportunity for bird watching. These include everything from elegant secretary birds to the flightless ostrich. We head back to our exclusive tented camp for the evening.
Day 7 : Game Drive To Ngorongoro Crater.
Before traveling to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, we begin the day with an early-morning wildlife drive. Because Ngorongoro is a Conservation Area rather than a National Park, the entire area is managed for the benefit of the animals and the indigenous Masai people who graze their cattle alongside the native fauna. We get an opportunity to see a bit of the Masai way of life during the drive-in Ngorongoro. We will first stop at the entrance gate so that you can learn more about this interesting volcanic terrain before continuing on to drive around the rim of the crater, where you can see the herd of wildebeest or buffalos below. Eventually, we enter the crater. There are many creatures to witness, including lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinoceroses, and leopards, because the crater walls act as a natural sanctuary for the wildlife (if you are lucky). The only species you won’t see in this area is the giraffe, whose huge legs can’t handle the crater’s steep walls. We depart from Karatu in the late afternoon and head back to Arusha via Karatu, where we drop off one person before continuing.
Day 8 : Ngorongoro To Arusha.
After your excellent northern safari, you have the morning free to unwind or visit Arusha’s Masai market.
After the safari, we will organise a private vehicle to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).
