Return to camp for lunch, followed by afternoon and evening game drives as the wildlife becomes active again. Overnight at your tented camp on a full-board basis.
After breakfast, collect your packed lunch boxes and drive toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying game viewing along the way. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for up to 5 hours of game drive.
The crater is home to nearly 30,000 animals, including elephants, buffalos, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, lions, hyenas, cheetahs, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic site inside the crater before ascending in the late afternoon and driving back to Arusha.
