Tour Overview

This 7-day Tanzania luxury safari covers the four best-known parks of the north in one loop from Arusha. You spend a day each in Tarangire and Lake Manyara. Then you cross the Ngorongoro Highlands to the Serengeti for a full day on the plains. Finally you visit the Ngorongoro Crater before the drive back to Arusha.

The trip is all-inclusive. Your stays include Mount Meru Hotel in Arusha, Maramboi Tented Camp, Kitela Lodge and Lahia Tented Lodge, with meals as listed in the itinerary below. Children are welcome from age 5.

Day 1 Arrival – Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK). Meet your safari representative and transfer to your luxury hotel in Arusha. Enjoy a relaxing evening with dinner and a short safari briefing.

Day 2 Arusha → Tarangire National Park
Depart after an early breakfast for Tarangire National Park—famed for its vast elephant herds and giant baobab trees. Enjoy a full game drive with sightings of elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, leopards, and rich birdlife. After lunch, continue game viewing before heading to your luxury tented lodge.

Day 3 Lake Manyara National Park
Drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a day of game drives. Explore diverse habitats including forests, savannas, hot springs, and the lakeshore. Look for tree-climbing lions, elephants, flamingos, hippos, and large baboon troops. Afternoon transfer to the Ngorongoro Highlands for overnight.

Day 4 Ngorongoro Highlands → Serengeti National Park

Day 5 Full Day – Serengeti National Park
Spend the whole day exploring the Serengeti. Witness the incredible plains game, predators, and—depending on season—migration herds. Enjoy a full-day game drive with packed lunch and return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Day 6 Serengeti → Ngorongoro Crater
Depart Serengeti after breakfast and drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the caldera for a full-day crater game drive. The crater is home to the Big Five, black rhinos, large lion prides, elephants, buffalos, and endless wildlife. Afternoon ascent and transfer to the lodge.

Day 7 Ngorongoro → Arusha / Airport (End of Tour)
