Itinerary
You will be picked up at 8:30 AM from your hotel in Arusha and depart for Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive. Tanzania’s third-largest national park is known for its towering baobab trees and massive elephant populations. The Tarangire River attracts a wide variety of wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs, lesser kudu, buffalo, oryx, eland, giraffes, and zebras. After the game drive, you will head back to your lodge where a delicious dinner awaits you.

You begin your morning journey to Serengeti National Park with lunch boxes from your lodge, traveling through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with game viewing en route. Arrival in Serengeti will be in the late afternoon for a wildlife drive until sunset. The Serengeti is world-famous for its annual wildebeest migration and offers some of Africa’s greatest wildlife encounters including buffalo, elephants, giraffes, elands, impalas, gazelles, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and more. Overnight at Serengeti Wild Camp in Central Serengeti.

An early morning game drive provides the perfect opportunity to witness sunrise over the Serengeti plains. This day offers exceptional viewing of the Big Five, unique geological outcrops called kopjes, birdlife, and diverse wildlife. After a full day of exploration, return to camp for a relaxing evening surrounded by Serengeti’s wilderness atmosphere.

This day is dedicated to exploring the Western Serengeti, famous for the great migration and high densities of predators. The region hosts thousands of lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and wild dogs. Large herds of wildebeest, zebras, and other herbivores dominate the landscape. After your game drives, return to your Serengeti Wild Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Your journey continues toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with opportunities for wildlife viewing along the way. You may visit a Maasai village to experience their culture and lifestyle. Overnight will be at Ang’ata Ngorongoro Camp, offering comfort and immersion in the vast Ngorongoro landscape.

With a packed lunch, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for world-class wildlife viewing. Expect sightings of wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, elephants, and predators such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards. Visit Lake Magadi, known for its flamingos and hippos. Lunch is enjoyed at Engoitokitok picnic site. Following your crater tour, drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Bougainvillea Safari Lodge.
